MADRID PRODUCE · MUSIC + LIGHTING DESIGN + PROJECTION MAPPING

Reference envelope for the complete event: creation, artists, production and technical direction, equipment and layout, personnel and logistics, security, emergency provision, insurance, accessibility, rights, communication, protocol, hospitality and contingency. Final breakdown, tax treatment and scope to be agreed.
An event commissioned by the host institution, with an integrated scope and a high-profile occasion.
Cultural diplomacy, bilateral celebrations and opening or closing ceremonies, with local partners and a country-specific narrative.
Sponsorship packages with defined benefits, compatible with institutional funding. Package prices are distinct from the full event cost.
A platform for Spain and Spanish-speaking countries. October 12, anniversaries and cultural seasons are developed in line with each context’s meaning and terminology, through cultural exchange and shared heritage.
A landmark institutional event before a monument transformed by light: thousands of people watching, listening and sharing an extraordinary night.
Monuments in Concert turns architecture into the concert’s stage. Bespoke lighting reveals volume, texture and depth; projection mapping follows the façades with imagery created for their forms, collections and history. Music, light and projection become one performance.
Our aim is to fill the largest audience area each venue can accommodate: a compelling artist, destination-led ticket campaigns and partnerships with airlines, hotels and travel agencies. Every seat should offer a considered view and first-class concert sound.
Explore the institutional framework ↗Lighting design and projection mapping on the monument give each edition its visual signature.
The maximum feasible capacity and a sales strategy bringing together local audiences, travellers and partners’ customers.
The intimacy and detail of the performance throughout the seating area, from the first row to the last.
Light reveals the monument. Projection mapping gives it a story. A large audience shares the same image and an exceptional listening experience.

A lighting composition for every façade: depth, stone, rhythm, openings and rooflines. Colour temperature, direction and intensity shape the night in dialogue with the performance.
A survey of the monument, content fitted to its geometry and projection sized for a sharp image. History, nature and musical abstraction across authorised surfaces.
A layout that makes the most of the venue: sectors, aisles, accessible routes and sightlines. A full audience is the commercial goal; technical studies and permissions determine capacity.
Every note with presence, detail and dynamics. Coverage design, main systems and timed fills, musical microphone techniques, on-site tuning and mixing in service of the work.
Sound engineering from the layout onwards: coverage prediction, intelligibility and time alignment, musical rehearsal and listening checks in every sector. Excellence means coverage and balance at levels appropriate to the music, the heritage and the surroundings.
Artistic ambition calls for production and technical direction to match. Madrid Produce brings music, lighting, projection mapping and sound together in a single performance.

Founder of Madrid Produce Scenics and Designs in 2019. His work connects cultural production, performing arts and audiovisual creation, integrating imagery, space, light and sound. For Monuments in Concert he drives the project and coordinates production and technical direction.

Arne Bock is the project’s sound engineer. His work places the performance at the centre: presence, detail, dynamics and considered listening from the first row to the last.
Madrid Produce directs the whole: planning, teams, site layout, coordination across disciplines, rehearsals and operation. Every technical decision supports the artistic experience and respect for the monument.
Our standard: imagery that transforms architecture, superb sound and precise execution at every performance.

A collection with room to grow. La Granja, the Royal Palace of Madrid, La Almudaina and Yuste remain potential Patrimonio Nacional chapters. Other landmarks require separate agreements and approvals from their own managing bodies.

Music lights up the night.
An 80–90-minute main format without commercial interruptions: a historical prologue and three musical and visual movements. Sequence and duration adapt to the artist and venue.
Heritage repertoire can sit alongside a contemporary guest artist, presented as an artistic dialogue without attributing historically unrelated music to the monument.
A welcome at dusk, accessible routes and an introduction to the place in Spanish and English. A preceding visit requires specific permission and a separate agreement.
An 8–10-minute prologue turns archives, geometries and documented episodes into a visual narrative.
Instrumental music, architectural light and projection share a single stage direction. Listening quality extends across the audience; visual design is agreed with the artist.
A digital programme, educational content and an audiovisual record with the appropriate rights.
Musical curation will select works and formats for each place. Instrumental repertoire, symphonic direction and hybrid creation are strands to develop; artist bookings will be defined with the host and budget.
